In the heart of Turkey’s agricultural landscape, where women play a pivotal role in shaping the olive industry, Dem Green found its inspiration. With more than half of food production entrusted to the hands of women, their contribution to the continuity of agricultural production and rural life is undeniable.

The brand’s commitment to honoring these women and their craft became the cornerstone of their narrative. “Handpicked by women of Ayvalık” emerged as more than just a slogan; it became a rallying cry, encapsulating the spirit of unity and empowerment that defines the brand.

In Ayvalık, where olive groves paint the landscape with shades of green, the story takes root. These groves, covering over 41.3% of the region, not only provide a natural backdrop but also serve as the lifeblood of the local economy. With more than 2 million olive trees gracing the land, each bearing fruit with a distinctive character, the stage is set for a truly unique product.
