Seeking to enhance their brand identity, Dem Green sought collaboration with I Mean It Creative. Upon examining the workforce composition, it became immediately apparent that women played a pivotal role in this industry. Inspired by this realization, we crafted our branding concept around the slogan ‘Handpicked by Women of Ayvalık’, accompanied by distinct icons representing the various product offerings through three unique illustrations.

Its scenic town center is linked to Cunda Island by a causeway, enveloped by the enchanting Ayvalık Islands archipelago, with a captivating backdrop of the nearby Greek island of Lesbos.
The journey of olives, meticulously gathered by the adept hands of Ayvalık’s women, mirrors the cycle of nature. Sprouting in spring, bearing fruit in summer, and flourishing under the autumn rains, these olives transition from verdant green to lustrous black as they ripen.
Harvested during the peak months of October and November, these olives are either enjoyed fresh under optimal storage conditions or pressed to extract their precious nectar. This meticulous process ensures the transfer of all enzymes and vitamins from the olive fruit to the oil, resulting in a product of unparalleled quality.
The indispensable role played by our women in this process cannot be overstated. Their unwavering dedication ensures each olive is harvested at the pinnacle of ripeness, thereby enhancing the excellence of the final product.
