As a global digital agency, Pangea creates content, products and services for a connected world, grounded in peerless aesthetics and state-of-the-art execution. Commissioned at the inception of the company, I Mean It’s task was to create a holistic identity for the brand.
Our first task was to find a strategic name for the company. Through numerous brainstorming sessions, we generate hundreds of options. The name we settled for was Pangea, the supercontinent that existed 250 million years ago. The fact that during long, long time ago there existed only one continent on Planet Earth was the fitting metaphor for telling the story of the global digital agency.
Next, we created the brand’s visual identity. Our inspiration was the Earth’s geography. We designed a logo that visually represented all continents coming together. By using different graphic elements for each continent, we created a dynamic and colorful visual system.
