Westmann & Wilson International is a privately held, full-service real estate development, acquisition, investment, and management company based in the USA. In addition to developing mixed-use urban infill, multi-family, industrial, office, and retail properties, Westmann & Wilson International also provides opportunities for immigrants to the United States seeking EB-5 Visas through its Regional Center. When the firm needed a complete brand makeover, it asked for I Mean It’s help.
Our goal was to create a holistic brand identity for the company, which would convey the stature, credibility, and the cache of Westmann & Wilson International.
Inspired by the founders’ initials, we designed a modern yet authoritative logo. The boldness of the brandmark was aimed to help increase both visibility and trust.
Next, we used the new monochromatic identity; we conveyed the brand’s personality in numerous touchpoints, including letterhead, business cards, presentation, as well as signage and corporate environments. The result was a bold, intrepid, yet credible look that captured the personality of Westmann & Wilson International.
