Westmann & Wilson International is a privately held, full-service real estate development, acquisition, investment, and management company based in the USA. In addition to developing mixed-use urban infill, multi-family, industrial, office, and retail properties, Westmann & Wilson International also provides opportunities for immigrants to the United States seeking EB-5 Visas through its Regional Center. When the firm needed to create a short video describing its services, it asked for I Mean It’s help.
Our first job was to create a messaging matrix to identify the strategic messages that needed to conveyed in the video. Based on those key communications points, we created a persuasive storyline that describes the EB-5 visa application process. Finally, by weaving together voiceover, video, music, and motion graphics, we created a short, yet compelling, animated video.
