Detur is a travel agency, which embodies the customer-oriented philosophy of “genuine hospitality and personalized service”. Operating in a dozen countries, it is one of the leading companies in the tourism industry.
Since the Detur’s primary client is tour operators, its website had to be designed in a way to respect the needs and preferences of the B2B world. To accomplish that Detur hired I Mean It.
First, by creating user personas, we identified the audience and figured out their primary motivations for visiting Detur’s website. Then, we created a set of key messages, which would address their needs.
Next, we evaluated the existing content and spotted the ones that could be repurposed to address B2B audience. Where needed we helped Detur create the missing content.
Finally, we created an easy-to-navigate interface for the website with a brand new color palette, graphic elements, navigation cues.
